I can’t believe I hadn’t used them before, but I won’t go anywhere else now! The customer service was excellent—fast, friendly, and efficient (and when you’re without air, you definitely want quick!). They found an affordable solution without the usual gouging you often see. I highly recommend them! :)
When A/C went out, I called Cactus Mechanical at 945am. Mike was out by 1pm and repairs were done by 130pm. Every time we call, they're Johnnie on the spot. .
Cactus Mechanical is the Best AC company. My Air conditioner went out in the night . I called at 8:00am. Mike C came over and found the problem. It was fixed by 10:00am Thank you Mike . You’re the BEST! ❤️
Excellent customer service!!! Great crew!! Great warranty! And did I mention a fantastic crew that worked tirelessly in this awful heat ALL day so that I could have the coolest house on the block?!!!! The last one they installed was in 2009 and minor repairs the last 3 years!! The new design is so sleek!!!
