If anyone needs a honest do the right thing and help your fellow man type AC service company Mike Pete and the rest of CActus mechanical crew will service you right. I was stuck in a jam with a brand new AC installed from another company and my ducts for my hvac were not disturbing the air evenly. Great customer service, from the 30 min. call ahead before service technician arrives, to friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lisa was so kind and her friendly voice put me at ease. Jerome (spelling?) the technician was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue. He made sure the AC was working before he left. What impressed me the most was how highly he spoke of the company he's working for. That he is so happy that he made the right choice working for them.
