I recently placed an order with Cactus King and I am very disappointed with what I received and how I was treated by customer service. The 10 inch hanging basket I received looked nothing like the photo on the website. The website shows a plant with 13-14 stems and I received a plant with 5 stems (two of which were unrooted). The second plant I received was a substitution (one small, unrooted cutting) with no name. When I reached out to the company, I was told that photos were not always representative of the plants sold.
