My wife and i stopped in to have a drink and something to eat. We asked for a table outside and sat there for 30 mins. After i smoked 2 cigarettes i was extremely thirsty with a fat wallet in my pants ready to celebrate being with my lovely wife. No service after that long we left and the hostess had no care in the world as to why we were leaving. Management needs to tighten up. Wasnt that busy at all either. 3/31/2016 @ 7:30pm.
Our food was excellent (brisket tacos, get them!) & so was our service.
My friend and I found ourselves here and loved it! Despite being very busy, our bartender/ waiter was very attentive and offered great suggestions. Very happy with our experience.
I didn't eat there, but my boyfriend and I went there to grab a few drinks during a weekend trip. We both loved it--the drinks were perfect, the place is decorated very nicely, and the bartenders are personable. Go check it out, you won't be disappointed!
My last experience was wayyyyy better than than this current one....try training your waiters and waitresses to greet potential customers within 5 minutes of their entry to the resturaunt. My lady and I were there 10 minutes and had to approach the security guard to find out whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be seated. Your security had to leave his post unguarded to speak to someone....most likely a waiter or waitress to tell him to tell us to grab a booth and wait for someone to serve us......while sitting and fi... read more
Went here for dinner last night. It was around 8:30 not busy. The atmosphere was very nice. Families were really enjoying themselves. The food personally for me was not that great, but that's simply due to wishing there was more variety. The waiters were amazing! Very prompt and seemed to really enjoy being of service. Kudos to you guys!
This place is truly an oasis. Strong drinks,great food, white sand, tropical vegetation, beautiful women.. oh excuse me i was lost in a dream. Yes, cactus jacks is THAT good to me.
Best service- Drinks and food! Perfect atmosphere at the beach!
