I got a 2012 traverse I have not had this car for a year and already had 2,400 in this car to get it fix. Now it is going back in the shop and they still want there car payment. This is some bs. I don’t get how they are still open for business. I will never get another car from Cactus Jack.
I paid my vehicle off a year ago and have requested the title more than 6 times and so has the BMV here in Indiana, they refuse to send the title, they refuse to release the title and we are forced to get an attorney! I’m unable to register my own vehicle in a different state! This causes tickets and violations which is uncalled for!
Hazen sold us junk. I bought the car on 7/17. Today is 7/25 and I am sitting on the side of the road on HWY 93 on a very hot day because my car died. I bought the car so I can go see my dying father. I called the dealer to ask for help and both Hazen and someone named Bob gave me a "sucks for you" attitude and said to call the service dept. On Monday. Its Saturday. Worst place to purchase a car. I purchased a car here and from day one the car has had multiple issues and they won’t help or honor their merchandise. They sold me a car with a broken air conditioner in this weather !! The car has stopped on the freeway twice!!! Mind you I have a newborn and 3 and 1 year old. They won’t return any of my calls about this. I wouldnt tell my Worst enemy to purchase a car from these people .. negative stars!! Will be reporting them. They are pure evil. they do not help when ur vehicle breaks down they can't get a tow company to come get the vehicle you have to do it all on your own but what happens when you can't when you live paycheck-to-paycheck and you don't have the money to do something like that they don't even try to work with you
