I had a horrible experience on Saturday! First, the guy asked what I wanted and I told him the $22.95 car wash only to be told it’s now $28.95, but the website shows $22.95. Then after the car wash, they normal do the exterior in the area right in front of the exit. I pulled in, but no one was there. A guy finally walks over to ask me if I’m ok and I tell him I’m waiting to have my car interior done. He then tells me that’s done in the detail area. Where are the signs?!?!? I’ve been a good customer since you opened. Always told you I wanted your $22.95 service and you just did it-no drama. I suggested my wife go there today and your person not only put the hard sell on $40 unlimited per month but also said you’ve raised your rates to $28. Guys, just be a good car wash and not a car rental agency.
Ripped my tag off my Jeep and did a terrible job cleaning the inside half assly. Didn’t even vacuum the whole car.
Never have I taken a car to an automatic car wash that did a better cleaning than this one! And the employees are so courteous and helpful!

excellent Services prices to me any kind of budget they do pretty good detail deals on bad weather days and I've never brought them a challenge that they could not meet
I’ve used cactus a few times now simply due to the convenience of their location but can’t use them anymore. On three separate occasions I’ve had issues with my car, first with an orbital wax they did that left nothing but white residue and streaks everywhere, second where they took over an hour and a half on a hand wash only to have the whole back of the car never be wiped down and remain filthy and third due to them knocking off a logo that was on the front of my car then trying to blame me for it claiming old tape held it... read more
