I was at Cactus Car Wash on Monday 3/9, there was NO direction from staff on where to go, no WiFi, AND A GUCCI BELT WAS STOLEN FROM MY VEHICLE.
Atrocious service. No directions from staff as to how to proceed through the process. And with no other vehicle in front of me, it took FOREVER to get my car back. I eventually HAD to leave after they had it for 30 minutes and the car WAS NOT clean. I paid more than $30 and had to end up cleaning it myself. Simply terrible...
Took 3 hours to do a standard cleaning and clean my seats. The guys play on their phone and chat it up while your car is sitting untouched. Highly overpriced for the mediocre work done and the amount of time it takes. Do not recommend at all.
I spent $100 here for a car wash and detail that wasn’t even as good as the $5 wash at the other car washes. It took 4 hours to detail my two door coupe and I found an entire puddle of smoothie still in my floorboard, very visible dog drool all over my seat still and not one single detail actually cleaned. I enrolled in a monthly unlimited washing program a few months ago. In December, I made numerous attempts to cancel but they continued hitting my debit card even though I was told my program was cancelled. There phone system is awful, directory is empty, voice mails don't get a return call. Went to location and waited 15 minutes for Juan (Manager) so we could settle. Juan will NOT return your calls. Guess my next step is to contact my Bank and dispute the charge and hope they don't debit my card next month.
Went by today for a wash. Once in line I was told they were only doing exterior washes today. While not pleased by this, it was fine so I bought the 20.00 exterior wash. The most thorough wash they sell. I have just spent another half hour cleaning my exterior. It is shameful how terrible the job was. No pre-wash at all, just sending cars through the tunnel. I really, really wanted to like this place but I won’t be back. Car washes are a dime a dozen-plenty of options with better service out there.’
