I took my car in today to get detailed.. they said NOTHING about closing early in person, on voicemail or online. I go to pick up my car and THEY ARE CLOSED AND MY CAR IS NOT IN SIGHT ! No one is answering the phones or returning my calls and I’m stranded now. Calling the cops.. WORST PLACE EVER
Took over an hour to complete the wash. Everyone was moping around worthless. Then found someone stole my gift cards off my console. Visa, Starbucks, and Chili’s. I even tipped them more and wished them Merry Christmas. Come to find out I was robbed. Don’t go here.
Pretty disappointed. I paid for the $60 wash and was told it would be about 45 minutes. 2 hours later, I drive home and realize my windows still have fingerprints, back floor boards still had crumbs all over them, and my stereo / controls hadn’t been cleaned. I thought these were standards for any level of wash. Not going back

I’m giving them a low rating because they neither allow you to tip on your card or get cash back to tip. They send you over to the ATM machine to get cash to tip and you pay $3.00 to get cash to tip. This is the only car wash that I’ve been to that will not allow cash back or add tips to the final payment. It’s not cool to do that to the ones that are doing the work.
Have canceled there monthly service 4 times now as I have moved out of the state, yet each month I am still getting billed. I was told to come in and they will refund me the money but I am 2500 miles away. The manager claims they can’t issue checks and swears I will not get charged again. Just got the notification from the bank today that they charged my card again. If you cancel your membership pay attention to your bank statements to make sure you don’t get charged
Bought service listed as “The Deluxe Wax”. This should have included exterior wash, hand dry, vacuum interior, clean rims/tire shine, dust inside, machine buff cleaner wax, and fragrance. We left car to go to mall, told it would take and hour and they would call us. 23 minutes after we handed them the keys, they called. “No way this was done in 23 minutes....”. Did a great job and the staff is super friendly.
I was so disappointed with the customer service and the changes made at cactus car wash !!!! No signs to let people know about the changes !!!
