Cactus Blue was named best Mexican Restaurant in the Valley 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and we just won again for 2009. We were also named Decadent Dish-Mexican by Lehigh Valley Style 2006, 2007 and 2008. We take pride in the fact that none of our guests have ever gone home hungry & many of our guests are more like friends & family than “customers.” Enjoy your visit, and thank you for dining at Cactus Blue.

Mexican MMMMM Cactus Blue has THE BEST Mexican food in the Lehigh Valley. It's a really small place which can be deceiving, but the food it top notch
This is the Mexican eqivalent of burger king. Hard floors, hard walls, noisy environment. One waitress trying to serve 32 + people on sat night. Food portions and quality were decent, but defiantly not a refined environment with quality servers.

Great atmosphere, even better food. I love this place, whether its lunch or dinner, they never dissapoint. If your going for dinner though, you have to make a reservation as they are always booked, but you can make it that day and be ok, otherwise you will wait around an hour. Its bring your own bottle of wine, which is also nice. They easily have the best mexican food in this area, extremely authentic and we always leave smiling.
Delicious! – Delicious food, and they make the best salsa! Mmm, I also love the fact that it is BYOB, because I can drink whatever I want (which makes my bill cheaper). I recommend calling ahead and making reservations on the weekends though, unless you want to wait awhile. Very delicious and reasonably priced.
Best Mexican Food in the Lehigh Valley – Great food with a perfect atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and service is prompt. A couple can eat for less than $35 so it's easy on the wallet. BYOB, bring a bottle of wine and relax.
The best Mexican restaurant in the area! – Adorable decor, awesome food, great little cafe setting, voted "Best Mexican Restaurant' in the area for a couple of years now, and with good reason. Great for a date.
