""THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER""...! – Thank you so much Cactus for going the extra mile and fixing my air conditioning. I bought a car from Eddie there last Winter and it was a great experience. We discovered the AC wasnt working about 4 months later. I called Cactus Auto and they fixed everything that was wrong and I was so grateful. They stand by their product and assured I left a happy customer. It seems good customer service is hard to find these days but not at Cactus auto. Awesome!!!

Superb Car Dealership – I wonder what REALLY happened to those folks posting the few negative reviews. I know the folks that run this place and have for many years. During that time I've purchased not one, not two, but THREE cars from them. Folks that know me know I would never do this unless there were some very good reasons. I have little money. Best Car Dealership Experience I've ever had! – In the past, I've been to so many dealerships, and dealt with so many people, and been rubbed the wrong way! Cactus Auto is nothing like any of those experiences! The staff isn't down your throat to get you to buy today! There's no himming and hawwing about pricing! Everything is very upfront, and personable, and easy, and i can't tell you how appreciative i am for such things! I'll only go to Cactus Auto!

Disappointing experience – Extremely disappointed; found a very nice vehicle at a good price... Internet sales department, made an offer, counter-offer accepted... Told the salesman I was buying the car at the agreed on price. This is on a Wed.... Arranged financing, purchased plane ticket on Friday morning ($200)... Around noon on Friday, I GET EMAIL --- THE CAR HAS BEEN SOLD..... Buyer beware....

Best Used Cars – I always look to Cactus Auto first when looking for a good used car. They are honest, knowledgeable and fair. They have a great selection of cars, ranging from compact to luxury. There are photos of each car with all of the details listed so you can shop before going in. Their prices are very reasonable, with a wide range for every budget. They truly care about each customer. I love that this is a family owned business that has been around for many years.

Good People – Buying a car can be intimidating because it is a big purchase and you need to trust the people who are helping you through the process. I fortunately found Cactus Auto and meet genuinely honest, good, caring people who where willing to take the time to listen to exacty what I was looking for. They had a great range of cars and trucks to choose from that fit my congfort zone with what I was willing to spend. I will never buy a car anywhere else.

Great service!!!!! – I bought a car from Cactus Auto and I was very impressed with their service and the car I ended up buying. I am very picky when it comes to making a big purchase and the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came time for me to make a decision. I am very confident in the car that I have purchased and very happy to be supporting this company. Not to mention their prices are outstanding! I will always recommend Cactus Auto.
