We recently had a variety of plumbing jobs done by Caccia, including installing a hot water recirculator, installing some filters, and replacing some degraded hoses. Before putting together the bid, they discussed the different options with my wife (e.g., recirculator versus small tankless heater). Two service people came from Caccia Plumbing. The first man came to assess the job. The second plumber, Joe Brosnan came to do the work. He was professional, extremely pleasant and incredible competent. He walked us through what he was going to. When he was finished he showed us the repair to the waterline. Patrick was more than prompt. Called to see if he could come an hour early; so I need not wait so long. Asked what needed to be fixed, described what he would do to solve it and gave a detailed estimate of costs. Very efficient, thorough, clean, and courteous. It's this kind of service that makes us call them everytime we need a plumber.
Very attentive to my concerns and responsive to all questions. On most, maybe all (?), days worked without a break to get the job done correctly. Srongly recommend Caccia to my neighbors for their sewer replacement needs.
