We had a job that we were told was a 2 man job. When Santiago showed up by himself, we thought that it was an extremely a lot of work for 1 person. He also ran into additional setbacks. He took the setbacks in stride and completed the job professionally and in a timely matter. Thought it might be a 2 day job, but he completed in 1 day. He was very knowledgable, courteous and polite. Upon arriving, Jim explained the work associated with replacing the water heater that he was to perform. He would thoroughly answer all of my questions and my concerns. His work was very neat, clean and professional.

Had evening problems with outside sewage drain pipe & talked to J Caccia Plumbing. "Santiago O" showed up within the 2 hours he estimated to arrive. A clearly decent guy that knew his stuff and was very personable. He took care of the job with efficiency while leaving no evidence of the filthy problem he'd corrected (some funky stuff comes out of a clogged sewer pipe).
