Rebeca patterson should not be allowed to manage anyone's property! She has lied to us multiple times and now has changed her #.
Used for our rental property in Fulton, NY. She was cashing checks form the renters but not remitting the funds to us. We didn't find out until after letting her go and trying to evict the renter who then provided payment stubs showing payments to her. Definitely do not use.
I recently received eviction papers from my landlord's attorney, stating that I was thousands of dollars behind on my rent, because Becky had taken the rent that I was instructed to give to her each month, and pocketing it, instead of giving it to the landlord. Fortunately, I had my bank money order receipts, to show the landlord the money orders had been made out and cashed by CAC Rental Management. Not cool, Becky!
