The staff has no clue regarding the patience. They never answer the phone during working hours. The doctor never wants to see nor speak with the family of the patient and he's never available. The worse facility ever. The nurses are very incompetent and and lack customer service skills. I pray no one takes their elderly family memebers here because they will be treated terribly.
Very hard for anyone to answer the phones. And when they finally do, they're too quick to cut you off
Every time I go they all treatment with care and respect and always have a smile in their face. Dr. Del Rio Danny my pcp always is there for me and reached me if I called the clinic. The communication with Dr. Del Rio is exceptional and the staff
Doctors never received your call when you ask for them. The answering service person is lack of information about the company. You call and leave a message and no one asked what happened and never returned the call. They were open and they said it was closed. I started 2 years ago and everything was good but now is totally different.
