This clinic has gotten horrible! The doctors are great. The clinic manager is a nightmare as well as most of the staff! They are rude and inconsiderate. You can't get through on the phones, they eventually hang up on you after you've waited forever. They have the portal which would be great if it ever worked and if anyone ever checked the messages. So I did give this place a 5 star until I realize they don’t care about patients but the money the people bring in. 3 Star because I enjoyed the people there, but I honestly would give it a 1 Star today.
Always great service here. Doctors genuinely care about their patience. I have never once had a problem with this clinic.
I love CMC. I do not like doctors at all but I found Dr. Stamp about 10-12 years ago. Since then, I go for my yearly and when I'm sick. I rarely ever have to wait past my appointment time. He always takes the time to listen and hear! Especially important to me is his nurse. Dee is wonderful! She let's me babble on about whatever is wrong, laughs at my silliness and has a shoulder for tears.

Well my wife took my son there yesterday, 245 appointment time, 6 people ahead of her. They finally got into a room at 4 pm. Dr sent them for an X-ray. Apparently it's someone's birthday, so all the staff from xray leave, she sits there for 25 minutes and not a soul around. My wife took our son and left. See our time is important too, we don't have time to sit there and pay you for making us wait. We're done with you.
