The administration is horrible Dr Shotts is great Dr Merrick is nice but the office manager and and other so called supervisors are horrible!!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Robertson and her staff!
I recently enrolled for care this month and have been seen 3 separate times for different issues. The staff, nurses and doctors were all very friendly, helpful and explained everything I had concerns with. The service was also very quick.
My son's appointment was at 2:30 this afternoon and here we are. Still waiting to be seen. The doctor hasn't even poked his head into the room to say he'd be in soon. This used to be a good office, I dont know what happened to it but it isn't worth the effort to try and see a doctor here anymore.
It is rich with highly professional people .Friendly ,caring and concerned about you as a person and your health .
