Woman at the front counter was extremely rude, would use any other pharmacy possible before this one.

Booked an appointment with Dr Holloway back in March. I have actually seen him but it was many years ago so I said new patient because it’s been a while. Said yes to all the confirmation texts, filled in new patient form, heard nothing from the clinic. Today at 8:15am, I got a text with a link to pay for this afternoons phone consult, which I paid.
