My 80 yr old Mum has just had surgery and has been very well looked after, the communication from the nurses has been on point from the start Nice single room, tv needs to be moved though, wrong position, typical hospital food, can always be improved Jellina the cleaner was very helpful, she made time for a smile and a laugh while on her duties 🤣 Thanks to you all

No communication with me during my husbands surgery since 5/2/2026 Still waiting on staff to return my call No text message to me while he was in surgery, staff forwarded 3 messages to my husband s phone which was off as he was in surgery. The complaints go on??
Warning regarding Dr Raluca Fleser- Worst doctor ever.. will get their patient to continue with their chemo treatment when it’s very clearly killing them, leading ultimately to their death. Wouldn’t even tell the patient’s family they were dying when patient was clearly not getting better in hospital while admitted for three months with limited to no progress.
