My brother was in end of life care there and was basically ignored. On his final day, he was unconscious with a lot of fluid build up making breathing difficult. We asked if they could help alleviate this. The nurse said they could use suction for it. She laughed and said he's going to hate me for this. Though he was unconscious you could hear him screaming out & yelling "no". This procedure was obviously cruel and not explained to us before hand. Attended Caboolture Private Hospital today for a day proceedure. Absolutely marvellous. Staff from the time of admission to post proceedure so impressed. Staff, Nurses, Anaesthetist, Doctors so accomadating, polite, caring, attention to detail. The hospital was spotless clean. Sense of humour, smiles. Great people & facility. (High risk going there) DO NOT GO THERE IT IS A DIRTY, FILTY PLACE I HAD SURGERY ON MY RIGHT EYE BY DR neil SHARMA ,GOT TWO OF THE WORST INFECTION KNOWN TO MAN,I AM NOW LEGALLY BLIND ,I DO NOT GET SORRY OR ANY COMPENSATION JUST TOLD TO PISS OFF !!!!!!

Pre admission was good no issues. Day Procedure itself on the day went well and I was well cared for. Had some complications that evening causing severe pain after release and contacted the Ramsay Caboolture Private Hospital. Spoke to oncall nurse Zoey, who asked what my complications were, said she would contact my surgeon and ring me back in 10 minutes. That was Friday night.
