My experience with Dr. Vinod Lal was extremely distressing. When I raised genuine concerns, he laughed at me and told me my pain was “self-inflicted.” During the appointment, he also took a personal phone call, completely disregarding what I was saying. His behaviour was dismissive, cruel, and unprofessional. I should have walked out, but I needed help. Doctors are expected to provide care, compassion, and respect. I received none. My family and I have been going to Dr Vinod Lal for a very long time and he is great very professional and polite also the staff and nurses are great and I would recommend this medical centre to anyone.

Hopeless, they only see you for one medical issue at a time. If you want a script you have to see the doctor so there is your one medical issue if you have a medical problem sorry you have to make another appointment for that. Life is hard enough these days without having doctors that only go by the book. Whatever happened to the oath that doctors once took.
