Such a poorly run practice. Waited an hour and a half past my appointment time - at which point I enquired for a third time of the receptionist staff how much later they would be so I could let the person waiting to take me home . My first two enquiries of another receptionist were met with rudeness, disinterest and disrespect - totally the wrong person to have in a customer facing role. This practice obviously overbooks its appointments - money making?? - with no respect for the people left to wait around for their appointm... read more
Dr Hay-Smith performed my lens replacement. A brilliant result no discomfort during and after the operation and my vision restored, amazing, better than 6-6 (20-20). "Like being rejuvenized " Absolutely brilliant Dr.Hay -Smith performed my lens replacement operation. I was amazed I never had pain or discomfort at all during and after the operation and only had vision in one eye before. Wow....I forgot how deep blue the sky can be; and all those new vivid colors; and my vision is now restored better than 20-20.
