My family stopped by the store recently for new cabinets and Dennis P. was very helpful. He was informative and very friendly.
My friend is redoing her kitchen. We stopped in at the Merrillville store & the salesperson was so helpful for her. He gave her alk the info on current sales of cabnits, countertops & even the sink! He helped figure out how much she could save comparing different sets would be. He asjmked her to text over some pics of her current kitchen & he'll do an estimate for her with all she looked at. Very professional & pleasant experience!
Completely incompetent. Don’t care about customers. Dieplacef s dementia patient from her home for 3 weeks due to schedule mistakes. And don’t see in to care about correcting their mistakes just making more of them it’s almost a month and no kitchen -no one seems to know anything for sure delivery guys installers office. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, the worst experience ever! We ordered a sink, cabinets, countertop and back splash from Cabinets To Go in Merrillville, Indiana on 9/27/25. We paid in full at the time of ordering the cabinets. The salesperson was a new employee, and we were told by the manager that he had been transferred to a new store but would review the order to make sure everything was correct. That did not happen.
