Completely incompetent. Don’t care about customers. Dieplacef s dementia patient from her home for 3 weeks due to schedule mistakes. And don’t see in to care about correcting their mistakes just making more of them it’s almost a month and no kitchen -no one seems to know anything for sure delivery guys installers office. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, the worst experience ever! We ordered a sink, cabinets, countertop and back splash from Cabinets To Go in Merrillville, Indiana on 9/27/25. We paid in full at the time of ordering the cabinets. The salesperson was a new employee, and we were told by the manager that he had been transferred to a new store but would review the order to make sure everything was correct. That did not happen. Upon delivery and installation, it became clear that all seven (7) cabinets included in my order have defects. Specifically, the gray box component intended to secure the pull frame to the cabinet structure is not functional across all units.
