He is very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful with all decisions we needed to make to complete the beautiful cabinets and countertops. Went with the wife on a weekend to get started on cabinets and counters for a new house build. Only one employee working and he was busy with another couple. He didn't even acknowledge us. Walked around looking at all the cabinets, stone samples and sinks for nearly an hour without as much as a "Hi". Took pamphlets and left.
