Went with the wife on a weekend to get started on cabinets and counters for a new house build. Only one employee working and he was busy with another couple. He didn't even acknowledge us. Walked around looking at all the cabinets, stone samples and sinks for nearly an hour without as much as a "Hi". Took pamphlets and left.

Mitch, my sales rep, went far beyond just selling me cabinets. He didn't look annoyed or put out with changes, he knew my budget so he worked magic to get what I wanted. HE was AMAZING!!! As far as the company goes, they were efficient, had food examples and I love the one top shop with counter tops, sinks and faucets. The only thing left is the install so if that is as good as it's been, I'm super in luck for a fantastic experience.
