We had a terrible experience with Cabinets to Go. Our contractor went to the store to order our cabinets. Cabinets were chosen, and the salesman was told what we needed. They called me, and I paid for the cabinets over the phone. When they were delivered, I looked at the delivery ticket and realized what was delivered was not what was ordered, and would not fit our space. DO NOT BUY FROM CABINETS TO GO. We had the worst experience ever with them. Our cabinets came in and as we were putting them together we found broken cabinets, missing parts, and were given the wrong directions for some of them. We had to keep calling customer service and we could barely understand them, and then they would send the parts to their store in Irondale instead of to our house. We also had to wait over a week to receive parts which put our kitchen behind, and caused us move into our house without a kitchen. Not t... read more
