Extremely disappointed in our stay so far! Took almost an hour to get into our place. Could NOT reach anyone to help us for that long. Toilet broken when we arrived. Told it would be fixed last night... still not fixed. Given another number to call.. no answer. No voicemail set up to even leave a message. Floors are so dirty that kids feet are filthy after walking around INSIDE. I know it is a "cabin", but for the amount of money we had invested would've expected much more. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! Do NOT rent through this agency!! Would never recommend this to anyone.
Worst experience of my life!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere! Horrible attitudes and poor customer service.
Not happy after waiting on hold for 2 hours and getting hung up on. I was contacted by another company saying you went bankrupt and sold all my information.
