had several problems none of them was resolved. didn't get to get into our cabin till after 4 check in was at 3 because it hadn't been cleaned. finally got in about 5. none of the perks in the cabin worked call our second day there and leave tomorrow they never bother coming and fixing the issue plus the roof leaked
We just spent 4 nights at “A Desire Fulfilled” and loved the cabin! We had a party of 8 and there was plenty of room in the cabin. The kids loved the downstairs game room. Everything from check in to check out was simple with Cabin Fever Vacations. The only bad thing with this cabin was when the upstairs tub or shower is used it leaks into the main floor bathroom. But we still loved this cabin. This was the second time we used Cabin Fever Vacations and we will definitely stay with this rental company again!
They do not make sure that cabins are ready for rental. They don't answer our phone calls while we are there. Very very disappointed. This vacation was so stressful. We had two small children who had to stare at a pool all week and not be able to use it. The theater was not operational, no was the bathroom heater. We also had mice in the cabin for the whole week. We had to call everyday for them to come fix things that should have been done before we arrived. Just did not enjoy this vacation at all.
Your cabins are infested with bed bugs and you don't offer refunds?! I hope they sue you!!!
