Cabernet apartments are not interested in helping a person. They are uninspiring and for their own family only. They will raise the rent until it's impossible for a tenant to afford their rent. Wouldn't it be wonderful if a few people who actually do care for others would come in and take their place and kick their ass to the curb. Actually, give them a taste of their own medicine by raising their rent just enough where they can't afford to pay. And then say sorry get a job if you can't afford your rent. I love that idea. I would highly recommend not applying to this apartment complex. They are extremely unprofessional and have terrible customer service. The apartments are run down. They have “renovated” apartments which are far from that. All they do is paint over the old cabinets. Definitely a last resort when it comes to looking for a new home.

I spoke with the on-site manager before applying and asked if having a low credit score would effect me being able to rent there, I was told I'd probably have to pay a larger deposit or get a co-signer. My co-signers credit was over 750, I applied paid the fee, plus the $300 reservation fee, I received an email prompting me to create an account so I did. After I logged into their renters portal it had me listed with the unit I applied for and showed a balance of $1300 for the deposit so I paid the deposit thinking that'd be ... read more
Said we didn’t pay rent until we got the bank statements to say that we did write out checks to them, be careful they’ll rip you off if you pay cash, most irresponsible management ever wish I could give them zero stars
