RecommendedGreat deal on the dehydrator and jerky gun; however, we had a coupon to save $15 when you spend $100 or more but you can only use it on items not marked down or on sale. So basically you need to find an item priced $100 to save the $15. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. Other than that it was a good deal.
Their employees go out of there way to help. Thanks to the lady that help us and we helped her.
I went here for black Friday and it was the most absurdly unprepared event I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I wanted a two guns that they had on sale. When I got to the gun counter I told the associate the two guns that I wanted and he went into the back for 25 minutes before he came back out. In that time one of the two guns that I wanted had sold out to the 20 other people that had been helped during the time I was waiting for him to come back out. This place doesn't have their stuff together. I put in my paper work by 6 am this morning. They still don't have my stuff done it is now currently 3:22 pm. They blame it on the background checks. My friend bought his firearm at impact got out of there in 30 minutes. This is a terrible joke and they are sporting a very insufficient process of doing things. Never buying any firearms here again left a horrid taste in my mouth.
I have been a Cabela's Club member since 2005. I have been in other Cabela's stores and had positive experiences. I did not have my Club Card with me so I attempted to get a temp card. I gave the clerk my state issued I.D. and she asked for my telephone # and address. She asked me when I last used my card and when it was issued. She told me that my wife was on the account but I was not. I left the store mad as Hell!
