Went in to purchase a gun at the Grand Junction location. Because of their sales associate, "Rob", I took my business elsewhere. He was so incredibly rude. He should not be the professional helping people make an educated firearm purchase. I mentioned my experience to the Customer Service Department on my way out of the store . RecommendedI have to say however, two of your staff were very unpleasant and it seemed we were bothering them as we asked questions. I was shocked to say the least but if your employees, and there were many available, do not like working with the public they should not be on the sales floor. They was a friendly salesman in the fishing department and we asked him several questions and he was very helpful.
