Poor customer service. Beware when buying during blackfriday if they do not have the item in stock. They will tell you that the rebates will be good when they FINALLY get you your purchase 2 months later. But, they will not.

I don't understand why they even have an archery department. I took my bow there to get new strings ordered and put on. The first time I went there I left my bow and my information since the archery tech didn't know how to order strings and I was told they would call me and could take my payment over the phone. I get a call a few days later from a different sale associate telling me that they cant take my payment over the phone and I need to come in to purchase the strings.
