I am a maternity patient at the Cabarrus Health Alliance. This is my third child. With my other two pregnancies I went to two other popular practices in Concord. With each pregnancy I felt the doctor visits were rushed, I received inconsistent answers to my questions about insurance, and the care provided was generic. I felt like a number, not a person. Made an appt. to have a tb test done & had to wait over an hour to be seen. Told repeatedly by desk & nurse that they were short staffed. Told to come back to have it read & no appt. needed. Arrived at 12 (understand that many people lunch at that time) waited over 30 minutes for only person sitting (did not appear to be doing anything) at area that normally has 4 staff members working to bother to tell me that she had no idea of when lunch begins or ends or of anything else. Our first time there since my insurance doesn't cover my son's immunizations for school. I was very impressed with the facility and all employees I came in contact with.
