phone lines are always busy and have to be on hold for so long , and when I'm there they just let the phones ring they are slow . There's some nice doctors and nurses though

Excellent community programs!
Their WIC office is extremely slow, they say their phone lines are open from 8:30am-5pm yet Im always on the phone Waiting for a hour every time I call to set a appointment. Then when u get there it's like another 20-30 minutes waiting in the wait room. Then by the time I get back there anywhere to1-2 hours or more. There was one time I was here for three hours, just to pick up so.e WIC checks. I truly wish they had a Concord facility bc I hate coming here
