I have been living here for two years and I truly could not ask for a better place to live.
My husband and I moved into Cabana Club last June from out of state with the initial help of leasing agent Dickie. We love it here so much that, with the assistance of leasing agent Taylor, we just renewed our lease for an additional 15 months. The entire office staff is professional, fun-loving, and fantastic. The maintenance staff works tirelessly every day to keep the grounds looking beautiful. The apartments are clean, spacious, and well-insulated from the noise of neighbors. We moved here a month ago and we are enjoying this so much. This is a very good, clean, friendly, relaxing, gorgeous place to live in. Here you never get bored! It's like living in vacations forever. We enjoy so much the gym, the BBQ grills and the movie theater. Waiting on the weather to get better so we can also enjoy the pool�. The staff here are mega awesome, Brittany and Dickie are spectacular they really understand their meaning of their job�. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to live in Jacksonville.
