I have lived at Cabana Club since November 2014 and have loved every minute of it. My unit overlooks a wooded area and has a delightful view. I really enjoy the activities at Cabana Club: foot trucks, the pool, pizza on Mondays, Mimosas, and hot chocolate at the fire pit. Everyone should live here.....it is fabulous!

Since moving in back in September 2014, living here has been wonderful. The entire office staff and service team are professional, courteous, efficient, informative and always with a smile. As for me, rental community is the only way to live and needless to say Cabana Club is on the top of my list!

The best thing about this community is the location. If you love hearing everything your neighbors are doing, draconian solutions to small problems (pet DNA & mandatory trash cans the size of an office desk garbage can) you'll love this place. I'm still trying to figure out how they are going to be able to guarantee accuracy in DNA testing? How is there no cross contamination when the pets generally all go in the same areas? After living in a house for over twenty years we had reservation about living in an apartment... Since we moved into the cabana club I can tell you all reservations are gone and this is the closest you can get to living at resort without actually going to one... Of course things happen, but I have been impressed with there response time and there customer focus.

Everyday is like a vacation in paradise. The staff is truly friendly, the grounds are impeccably kept & the Cabana Club experience is 5 star resort.
Love living at Cabana Club! Jason, the maintenance technician is ALWAYS working so hard. The office staff is amazing also!!!! Wouldn't live anywhere else!!
