RecommendedI love living here! Dickie and the staff are always friendly and always planning things for us residents. I love the property! I have a ground floor apartment and in the year I’ve lived here it’s quiet and I have have zero complaints! I have the best neighbors too....I think that helps. We all have dogs and I can’t hear any of my neighbor dogs unless I’m outside my apartment. Keep up the good work Fort Family!
We’ve been with Fort Family for 5 years and we really enjoy living at Cabana Club. Great amenities, location, pet friendly, and wonderful staff. Dickie, we love you! Thank you for always taking good care of us.
Dickie has been absolutely amazing and my fiancé and I will miss him so much. We moved down to FL 3 years ago and this was our first home together. Dickie was so helpful, understanding, caring and just made us feel so at home at cabana club. His smile and positivity are contagious and we will miss him so much, as we moved out today to move into our first house. The complex is beautiful but dickie is the reason we stayed these past 3 years because he made us feel so welcome. Thank you for everything dickie!!

I have been with Fort Family for over a year now. Hands down the best properties in JAX! I moved in this past weekend and could not be happier. Jen moved me in and was so friendly and professional. The entire staff has been on point. Maintenance came out immediately when I asked. This is true resort living! Thank you!
The office and community of Cabana Club are so friendly and helpful. Late Saturday night of Labor Day weekend our air conditioning wasn't working properly. We called the the office which put us in touch with Tyler who was on call. Tyler dispached Jerry to our apartment in no time. We were extremely grateful for the professionalism, quick response time and not having to sleep in a hot stuffy apartment. Thank you everyone for all your hard work!
Cabana Club and its staff were really terrific, as is usually the case with Fort Family properties. Common areas are always carefully maintained, and our apartment was exactly as promised. We were pretty big users of the amenities. Gym is first rate, and CC is vigilant in keeping the equipment in good, running condition. We entertained family in the clubhouse on several weekends and were delighted with the cleanliness and availability. Lastly, we'll give a shout out to the admin staff and Jerry (maintenance).
