It wouldn't be bad except the trash pickup policy is the most ghetto thing I've ever seen, and if you need something fixed in your apartment, MAYBE, maintenance will get to you in 2-3 weeks
I am so happy to live here. It is a great location. You can access the beach in a 10 minute walk. And then you have a giant swimming pool, too. Any issues I've had in my unit have been fixed quickly. They replaced my dishwasher when it leaked, and fixed my electrical outlet. They have an app you can put in service requests and pay rent from your phone. My neighbors are kind.
