I needed a few things done at my apartment and Mike was quick to the scen and got everything done in a timely fashion... I’ve lived in a few apartments around the city and I know how much of a hade it can be but mike made sure to come in at a timely manner and everything was completed... I want to thank him for his service and taking time out to help me out...
Between the $100 rent increase, and the decline in customer service since I signed my new lease I am not a happy tenant, at all. Currently dealing with a spider infestation problem outside of my apt that I brought to managments attention weeks ago that has yet to be taken care of. I counted close to 20 visible spiders leading up from the bottom of the stairs to my apt door which is on the second floor. Our air went out in the middle of the day after the office was closed. With it being almost 100 degrees outside and 86 degrees in our apartment I had to find a solution. I searched everywhere online for the emergency maintenance number and couldn't find it and finally I called the office which directed me to the operator so that I could leave a message for maintenance. Cabana Apartment homes are truly the best in Huntsville. There interior and exterior as well are impeccable. It is obvious that the staff and owners take a lot of pride in the property, which, in my opinion, is a reflection as to how well you will be take care of once you move. They care.
