Very terrible experience at the Airdrie location this afternoon. I went for a pedicure and after she did my pedicure and was supposed to paint my nails, she just left me there and headed over to start doing a manicure on someone else without a word. After about ten minutes I kept wondering what was going on and approached the front desk, the lady who had left me glanced at me and did not say a word. No apology, nothing.
