The worst experience. I’m an agent and had to leave three voicemails and numerous Zillow and Redfin tour requests to get a response. Even then the assigned contact did not call me someone else did. They confirmed a 5:15pm appointment for the next day. They also told me they did not have any applications submitted on the property at the time. Have stopped responding to me after taking an extra $2,000 from my security deposit. Literally just don’t respond for weeks/ever. Horrific management company, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, they’re out to steal money from you, not service you. 0/5
I've worked with Cliff and staff for over 15 years now and they have always treated me with professionalism and responded quickly to any issues that arose. Of course there will be bad tenants that complain, and of course there will be unreasonable landlords that expect a lot more than what they're paying for. I feel very fortunate to have found C3 Management to help me manage the multiple properties I have in the Los Angeles area.
Horrible management company. They will take your security deposit and make up excuses to not give it back. Beyond the horrific move out experience that cost me thousands of dollars, while living at one of their apartments they were consistently slow to respond to issues. We had termites for months and they did not fix the issue. I would never rent with them again, and would not recommend anyone else to rent with them either. Look at the other reviews, there's a reason this company has such a low rating.
Most horrible irresponsible unprofessional company ever. They are in the wrong business. Cliff is rude and has no knowledge about management. He lies and manipulates the truth to coverup his mistakes. He waited a month to let me know that a potential leak was observed on the ceiling of the unit below me! He did not put the payments (i was sending their company for a special assessment) towards the loan it was for. My money was sitting there doing nothing while I was paying a high percentage loan!
