Many great classes for all different levels included in Membership. Great Staff. Great equipment.
Small gym, but much equipment. Staff is friendly. Crossfit is what's up. Its like having a humungous personal gym. Not all the pressure of mad people there. Large televisions. Its a real great place to just get in your own zone and workout
It would be nice to know ahead of time when the gym decides to close early, rather than find out when I walk through the door after driving there that it's closing in 15 minutes (and not the first time this has happened). Post it on this Facebook page, send an email (if you can email your invoice you can email a closing notice), post a sign at the gym for the week before, something.
small gym but makes you feel comfortable. Friendly staff and helpful. You don't feel intimidated. Just wish they were open longer on Friday and weekends
This Gym has incredibly friendly staff and has a wonderful atmosphere. Their Zumba and Spin Classes are so much fun!
