RecommendedI currently rent from this company and could not be happier. The staff is friendly and attentive. We keep our house clean, the lawn trimmed, and pay the rent on time. I also live across the street from 3 other houses rented by C2C. The occupants for one of the houses were evicted for not paying their rent. I am not sure why the other two left, but all three houses were trashed by the occupants - carpeting had to be replaced and cleanup crews for days, mountains of trashed left behind- I saw all of this myself. I have never dealt with the company that is run this badly living in one of the houses run by these people was a living hell during a freeze here they say they have emergency maintenance but they don't I was laugh for 3 days during a freeze with no heat because my heater caught on fire had to call the fire department try to contact the property management in their emergency and maintenance people which do not exist they towed my car illegally and then try to make me feel bad for making them pay the towing fee this is the wor... read more
Horrible company. I just got a notice that I'm being sued 2.5 years after I moved out of their property for things that I have already paid. Do NOT USE C2C. They are the most crooked company I've ever dealt with!
Horrible company. Collected rent from us at one of there houses for 6 months. We were slapped with and eviction notice by the actual owner saying he had not received a single payment from us. The owner and us got it worked out once we showed them the checks that were cashed, but C2C is a straight scam. We've since purchased our own home, but everyone should be wary of this company.
