Absolutely great service. Not pushy whatsoever and very knowledgeable about heir products. Ronda showed us tray by tray of the rings to see which ones we liked. Explained to us the 4c’s very well and descriptions on each ring we DID like. Not once told us about prices until WE asked. She even special ordered a diamond that my fiancé liked and she was very respectful of his budget. Thank you Ronda and C.W.Smith for making our journey there the best!
They refuse service to people not in heterosexual relationships. This is unacceptable. Would give zero stars if it were possible.
