Extremely disappointed. I had previous cleanings with Larry who was great. However, I got a different person this time who didn't DUST anything, which was one of my main requests. I thought I had found a good cleaning service, but was very wrong.
Larry came out and saw my house and gave me an estimate. I approved the estimate and he told me that they will start in 2 days. After 2 days, two guys show up that did not speak any English and started to prepare my house like 2 guys you pick up outside your local hardware store on the sidewalk. I called and complained about the quality of the work - then Larry tells me to wait 1 week and he will send his better crew. I wait a week and another guy comes and looks at the house - this guy was a different painter - not Larry's ... read more
