Third procedure. He fixed first 2 messes by 2 top docs one of whom was chairman of dept. Cochran corrected everything. No problems or issues. Be aware that no doc has 100% results depending on cards dealt. Dr Cochran does not pay to remove negative reviews like other docs. Very bad results from this so called plastic surgeon. Educate yourself before going under the knife and imo put your face in more qualified hands if you're there for plastic surgery. Be very careful

Revision rhinoplasty by Dr. Cochran with horrific results. He has told me numerous times that swelling may take up to 3 years to subside. My nose is large, unrefined and extremely bulbous.
Great rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Cochran. Very happy with the results and glad I went through with it. I definitely recommend him.
Dr. Cochran in my opinion is the best Rhinoplasty Surgeon in Dallas. He is not only the most skilled (In my opinion), but he will actually explain everything and tell you the truth on what results you should expect. My results came out exactly as he showed me they would. He is very kind and professional. You will have no hesitation in choosing Dr. Cochran as your plastic surgeon when you have your consult.
I can honestly say I had the one of the worst experiences of my life. Be very careful, please! The office was not professional and the results were not delivered as promised. I thought I did great research but woke up in a nightmare. I pray no one has to endure what I and others have.
