I love these guys! Don't know why they've gotten such poor reviews. I leased a home from them and it was an amazing experience. Clint and Alex are so on top of everything. Any repair I needed they got to immediately. They've been so understanding about wear and tear , unlike a nightmare landlord I had in the past. They were so patient and understanding on my move out when the movers messed up and ended up taking stuff a day later. I highly recommend these folks!!!!! I was interested in renting a home from Alex Mai until he insisted on the Security Deposit (via Venmo to Alex) before approving my application. Alex was rude in all of our communications. After reading the other reviews here I have decided to steer clear of renting from this company.
My experience with Mark Bennett has been great! The man has put in a lot of work finding a place that suits My family's wants and needs. As someone that works 24/7. And he's willing to accommodate My crazy schedule. I am very grateful!
