I was interested in renting a home from Alex Mai until he insisted on the Security Deposit (via Venmo to Alex) before approving my application. Alex was rude in all of our communications. After reading the other reviews here I have decided to steer clear of renting from this company.
My experience with Mark Bennett has been great! The man has put in a lot of work finding a place that suits My family's wants and needs. As someone that works 24/7. And he's willing to accommodate My crazy schedule. I am very grateful!
Seeing a lot of poor reviews, but personally my experience with Robinson Realty was pretty positive. Responses for repairs were pretty quick, including a major one for a burst pipe. Alex was generally communicative and responsive. They need to add a tenant portal for maintenance requests and online payments, but over all they manage some pretty affordable properties and I think they're a good option.
Alex is the worst. Inconsistent pricing on "late fee billing", typically after we had a vendor out to repair something. Consistently was unresponsive to requests for service- took multiple follow ups to get an AC repair scheduled while it leaked water through the walls into the kitchen and wooden cabinets. Did not understand why we were concerned about black mold, when the floor is tiled. Finally getting the ac serviced did show a lot of black mold in the garage, management did nothing about, even by the time of moving out. ... read more
Very unprofessional. Consider the amount of one-star reviews before leasing with this company. I do not recommend.
