I went in this morning. I spoke with Darrell. Darrell did not want to perform customer service with me. He proceeded to get agitated with my remarks and my questioning why the repairs needed to be done got heated as I walked out the door he told me to tear my blank with curse words. So I pulled my phone out and asked him to say it again with Recording, he refused, but I have uploaded the video on my TikTok account. Very unsatisfied with this gentleman and his tacky service.
Sam did a great job quoted me a price for a regulator and motor work was done as quoted and on time thanks for the great work.
