Extremely unprofessional. They didn't show up on time for the appt. Then when he called to "confirm address" he said he wouldn't come till later or another day because he needed to watch the important KU game. (This was a Thursday at 1pm-definitely working hours). Never showed but then had his dad try to call us with a quote at 9:45PM!!! We had received previous quotes and theirs was the cheapest but it was for the wrong measurements and only a 2 year warranty, where some companies had a lifetime warranty.
