I went through three other plumbers before being referred to CMAC Plumbing by another plumber. Charlie and his guys are amazing. A quick job turned into a nightmare caused by the gas company. Charlie handled everything and got the job done, the right way. I appreciate all their hard work to get this done. I would recommend him a million times over. THANK YOU GUYS!!
So I have called these people on Friday and they said they would call me back that afternoon and come on Saturday. I never heard from them or saw them. Monday morning I called. No explanation or apology but they did say he would call back in a minute....he was under a house. So here we are 8 hours later.....not a word. Seriously....you really do not care about your customers. We keep your business running. They did some work for me last year and I didn't have a problem.
