I never write reviews but I highly recommend finding another service provider other than CM Refrigeration. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. It took them 3 weeks just to get someone out to take a look at what was wrong with my freezer, then another 4 weeks to try and get a scheduled date for them to come out and fix it. I don’t know how these guys are still in business.

Owner came out and charged $165 to tell me I needed to replace my unit but didn't give me an estimate. He did nothing, what a jerk.

For 3 months I tried to get them to come look at a new, defective, U-Line wine cooler. Woman named Norma wouldn't schedule an inspection until some digital controls came in, even though the cause wasn't identified as digital. Then she refused to give more than night before notice of their appointment schedule. Then she was plain rude and dismissive. Carlos, the owner, would not personally call me back. Do not use this service, they think you are lucky to have them.
