If I could give these folks zero stars, I absolutely would. I sent my vehicle here because after being sideswiped at 70 mph going down the highway, my front tire was impacted directly by the other vehicle. After that, randomly a shimmy started developing. Then, though still random, it became significantly worse as if the tire was going to break off when I was driving and it would rattle so hard it felt like I was going to have my teeth shaken out. Friendly and above all great work done
Great service! These low reviews are mind blowing to me because the customer service is top notch! They knew me by name when I came in and when I called, they kept in contact with me through the whole process, they went above and beyond when the tow company who was towing my car to them couldn’t get it together, and they were super fast with my vehicle. Raven was especially helpful, super sweet and knowledgeable, and the brown haired gentleman (so sorry I don’t know his name, I think he’s the manager) was super nice as well.... read more
