During the -8 to -16° wind chill weather this past weekend (1/31-2/02/2026) our heating fuel ran completely out (our fault, I know). At that time we had Superior as our supplier, had been with them for 14 years, and since it was the weekend we were told it could be up to 14 days before we would get service since we were a "will call" account.
