My Neiko hates going to get groomed and everytime I would take him back he would refuse to even go in the door. I would have to pick him up and carry him in, until he met Heather. She loves and cares for her doggy clients and doesn't think of them as just a paycheck. He's never looked more handsome than when he leaves CK9.
