Heather did a wonderful job on my fluffy corgi. She took her time and to help her stay calm with the blow dryer. My girl came back whiter than I’ve ever seen her and super soft!!
Heather has been taken care of our Lily since she was a puppy. Lily is now eleven years old and my wife and I cannot express in words how grateful we are for Heather and her wonderful talent as a groomer, caring animal lover and friend and her understanding in knowing how much we as well love our animals (children). I've been taking my 4 yr little Shih-Tzu here since bringing her home and yes I did try a couple other places and hands down Heather is the best. I also have a yr old little girl and Heather is the only groomer I will let do her. Altogether we have 3 Shih-Tzu's and Heather is the only groomer who has listened to what I tell her on what I want for our dogs. They will never go anywhere else.

I’m sorry you feel this way. However I spent extra time on Nimma due to the matting on her very long hair. I have saved the hair on many matted dogs in my years of experience. Most shops would have shaved her and not called you. I respected your wishes for keeping the hair. When I spoke with you after leaving the message about my findings after using the human shampoo you requested, which was very difficult for the dematting process, I mentioned that I would try to do my best and that I might need to send her home with some ... read more
Amazing ladies and not to mention the dogs came out so happy and looked amazing!!!
Wouldn’t take our pets anywhere else. Sierra is amazing and our pets always look great and are always so happy when they are with her and when we pick them up. Seriously, they are Eugene’s best groomers.
