First grooming appt experience for myself and my dog. Heather is a professional who clearly loves her work. She understood my anxious fur baby and even after the dreaded nail clipping, he was smiling and calm at pickup.
I give them 5 stars. Would do 10 if I could. Tigger loves it there and adores Heather. He has always been calm and happy there. No more trembling or nerves since the first visit. Her shop is kept impeccably clean. Can't recommend enough. Thanks Heather!

We hope that Bo was seen by a vet today and that the rawhide chew you spoke of didn’t cause the vomiting and diarrhea he had this morning. We attempted to blow dry him, but he continued to vomit, so we bundled him in a towel because we knew you were on your way. We will miss having Bo in our salon and we hope you find another wonderful groomer to care for him. We wish you luck. Take care.
Very satisfied with how our mini poodle looks after grooming. Wonderful service and very prompt on timing. Sam looks very sharp, and we will be returning.
I first went there fue to a groupon and love them! I've been using them for years now. Their customer service is over the top!
